About

Beginning January 1, 2025, University Staff employees will begin the transition to receive vacation and personal holiday hours on a fiscal year schedule (7/1-6/30).

To move to the new leave schedule, University Staff will go through a one-time transition period from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025. After this transition period, the fiscal year leave schedule becomes effective.

Updated Leave Balances

Employees will see changes to their leave balances applied automatically in mid-January. However, it is essential for employees to understand these changes and how they will affect their leave.
