Update Address/Personal Information Before End of Spring Semester

Now is the time to review and update your address if it has changed, or if you will terminate UW employment at the end of the spring semester. This will ensure that your tax forms and other documents are mailed to the correct address.

When you terminate employment, you will no longer have access to the MyUW portal to access your tax forms.

It is also important to make sure your Personal Information is up to date (name, emergency contacts, phone numbers, etc.).

Please note:

  • Student employees must also update their address in their campus student information system.

  • If you have direct deposit and will terminate employment at the end of the spring semester, make sure you have received all UW payments before closing your account.
